Hi, my name is Shon Sullivan, webmaster for the Lakewood Chamber going on 14+ years. I have been maintaining the website for the chamber since 2008. With over 30-years experience in the web site and design services industry, I can create a website within a few hours if content is available, with a domain and host at the ready.

The following is required for quick turn around:
- Website is for business only
- Logo in digital format (Vector EPS, PDF, AI preferred)
- Must have your own domain and host (1 year or more)
- Must supply your own SSL for secure browser detection (host may be able to provide for free)
- Core WordPress installable as a deployable on your host
- Provide your own WordPress Template+ (We use a royalty free licensed responsive template, it may not be resold or traded)
- You are responsible for security and backups (we can offer these services at an additional charge)
- Maintenance, core and plugin updates provided for the 1st 10-days free of charge, otherwise $1200/year for 2-hours per month non-cumulative.
- Maintenance is not required, but core files and plugins need to be updated regularly. We can be hired on a case by case basis to assist.
- Content with royalty free licensed photos for three pages (Home, About, Products/Services)
- eCommerce or other specialty can be installed for an additional fee (can be added as additional content/pages/features but is not part of this initial offer)
- Contact page is free of charge (using a free form generator)
- Standard Privacy and Terms pages is free of charge.
No Sales Tax for digital goods
So long as the digital goods are used solely for business purposes.
+You are welcomed to provide your own template from any number of reputable depositories. Keep in mind, the demo content that you see for each template requires each piece to be replaced with your own content. Therefore, some restrictions do apply—and additional time may be required to replace all the demo content for the template you choose.
