Center for Independence Virtual Youth Transition Summer Workshop 2021

This FREE Workshop is for young people with disabilities who are planning to go to college, get a job, and live independently in the community in the future. Youth with 504 plans or IEPs are encouraged to apply. This years’ workshop will be held through Zoom*.   Must pre-register.

•  Award & Invite to Special Event Upon Completion of Program

Individuals wanting to attend the workshop must return their application by July 16, 2021.
