City of Lakewood Councilmember Ellen Talbo
Councilmember Ellen Talbo, elected in 2026, is a Lakewood native and Lakes High graduate with urban planning degrees. She worked on transportation projects in Washington and California and served on the Lakewood Planning Commission.
